Abstract: These results suggest that the engineered bioconstruct, incorporating EPA/DHA-assisted bioinks and mechanical stimulation, may offer a promising strategy for gingival tissue regeneration and the development of a 3D biomimetic model within an oral organ-on-a-chip system.
