Abstract: Public procurement refers to the purchasing of goods and services for public entities. Before launching the call for tender, the public body prepares an estimate of the procurement act; this estimate is taken into consideration by the tender commission before awarding the contract. Through technological innovation, buyers can now rely on new solutions as a support to improve the way of calculating the estimate. In this paper, we present research that has been performed in this field, to produce different AI solutions that can be used by buyers to make the estimate more accurate.
