Abstract: The biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles through plant-mediated routes has garnered considerable global attention as a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to conventional chemical and physical methods. This approach offers a costeffective, non-toxic, and environmentally benign pathway, circumventing the need for hazardous reagents and stringent reaction conditions. In the present study, silver nanoparticles were synthesized utilizing leaf extracts of Azadirachta indica , a widely distributed medicinal plant of Indian subcontinent, which functioned as both a reducing and stabilizing agent. The effect of pH on nanoparticle synthesis was systematically evaluated, and the findings demonstrated that variations in the pH of the reaction medium significantly influenced the size, morphology, and concentration of the resultant silver nanoparticles.
