Abstract: The study presents legal solutions regarding euthanasia in the legislation of Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands. The preparation of this report involved the use of foreign-language legal acts as well as foreign and Polish literature on the subject. Information available on the websites of the ministries of health, interior affairs, and institutions, organisations, and associations in the discussed countries, whose activities are related to euthanasia, was analysed. The study also draws on materials from the database of the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD).
