Abstract: The article provides a description of technogenic gold placers within the Far East region. The ability of ore elements to migrate and the process of formation of electrochemical fields as well as, various barrier phenomena with gold deposition on them are presented. A new method for the rapid assessment of the prospects of technogenic placers using electrochemical, geochemical, and geophysical methods is proposed, which significantly reduces the time and cost of work.
