Склоновые осадки в долине реки Адыча, Якутия

Abstract: Erosion processes are active in the northwestern part of the Tuostakh Basin. In this area, the basin borders on the valley of a stream flowing into the Adycha River. The outcrop sediments are displaced along the slope of the stream valley during melting, forming a thickness of slope deposits represented by sands with layers inclined at angles of 4-8°, with an abundance of grass stems, fragments of shrub branches, and buried soils. The outcrop of slope sediments can be traced along the bed of the Adycha River at 1400 m. Radiocarbon dating showed that the formation of slope sediments dates back to the early Holocene, and the similarity of dating in the middle part indicates the highest accumulation in the middle Holocene.
