Abstract: Household waste, particularly spoiled rice, is often neglected and discarded without proper utilization, leading to potential environmental pollution. The lack of public awareness regarding the management of organic waste poses a significant challenge in developing environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of women farmers' groups in Wanajaya Village, Bekasi Regency, in processing spoiled rice into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF). The program was carried out through several stages, including preliminary observation, dissemination of information on waste impact and LOF potential, hands-on training in LOF production using natural fermentation agents, and an evaluation of training outcomes. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding of household waste management and their ability to transform spoiled rice into a valuable liquid fertilizer. Many participants began applying the LOF in their agricultural practices as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers. The program also contributed to raising community awareness of organic farming practices and circular economy principles based on waste utilization. Challenges encountered during the implementation included limited access to fermentation agents (such as EM4) and the relatively long production time of LOF; however, these were addressed through the introduction of alternative local materials and simple storage strategies. This training is expected to encourage the community to continuously develop and apply waste-processing technologies that are both economically beneficial and ecologically sustainable
