Abstract: Modern catfish farming increasingly emphasizes the use of technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. One of the critical aspects in catfish cultivation is the feeding system, which is still predominantly carried out manually by scattering feed by hand. This conventional method has several drawbacks, such as imprecise timing and dosage, leading to suboptimal fish growth, water pollution due to feed residue, and increased risk of cannibalism among fish. To address these issues, an innovation in the form of an automatic fish feeder equipped with a timer system was developed. This technology enables scheduled, measured, and consistent feed distribution, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing dependence on manual labor. The implementation of this community service activity employed two primary approaches: public education and hands-on practice. Public education was conducted through interactive counseling sessions on the importance of efficient feeding and its impact on fish growth and water quality. This was followed by practical demonstrations involving the operation of the automatic feeding machine in local catfish ponds. Participants were guided in operating the device, setting the timer, and evaluating its performance through direct field application. The results indicate that the use of the automatic fish feeder significantly contributes to enhanced fish growth, maintains pond water quality, and reduces fish mortality rates. This innovation is expected to serve as a strategic solution in supporting national food security through efficient, sustainable, and technology-based aquaculture practices
