Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This study examines the relationship between existential anxiety and self-efficacy among college students, focusing on their emotional well- being and resilience. Using a phenomenological approach, in-depth interviews and thematic analysis revealed key coping strategies, including mindfulness, physical activities, and social support. Based on these insights, a psychoeducational intervention was developed to enhance self- regulation and equip students with strategies to manage existential concerns. The findings contribute to understanding student well-being and inform mental health interventions.
