With the technological development that the world is witnessing in all walks of life, the rapid development in the circulation of information, and the spread of social media, the presentation of products through electronic advertising has witnessed an amazing development, but with this commendable development, the methods of fraud, cheating and deception have also developed terribly thanks to the Deepfake technology, as it has become easy to highlight products in a false image that contradicts the reality of the product, which may prompt the buyer to buy this product on the basis of these exaggerated specifications, and he finds it otherwise. For this and more, this research came to highlight the role of Islamic jurisprudence to address this phenomenon. Illicit Sharia law obligated the seller to state the truth of the commodity without fraud, deception, or deceit, not only that, but it also placed the onus on the seller to provide the buyer with the specifications of the commodity with all honesty and honesty, and to clarify the defects in it, which is the same thing as the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. She then asked the buyer not to rush, and to take it slow, and that he may stipulate a period of time to consult himself before he regrets concluding the contract. Then, if the contract is signed, but the buyer is surprised that the commodity, after viewing it and seeing it, is a realistic vision that violates the specifications stated in the advertisement, and that he has been a victim of forgery, the Sharia legislated for him the option of seeing and that he has the right to withdraw from the contract, and return the commodity.
