Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how emotional regulation is related to aggressive driving behavior exhibited by intercity bus drivers within the province. This study uses a quantitative approach involving 82 bus drivers. In this study, the ERQ (Emotion Regulation Questionnare) scale and ADBS (Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale) scale were used to collect data. The results of the correlation test show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, with a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.754 and a significant (p) of 0.000. Therefore, these findings indicate that there is a significant negative correlation between emotion regulation and aggressive driving behavior exhibited by intercity bus drivers in the provinces.
