Estrategias metodológicas para la producción intercultural de los materiales educativos “Efemérides interculturales”

Abstract: The article presents the process of elaboration of the educational materials ‘Efemérides Interculturales’ (Intercultural Patriotic Celebrations) with the aim of vindicating the contributions of indigenous peoples to the historical processes that are commemorated in the school calendar. The work process is described in four stages: survey and systematisation of sources and remote fieldwork; ethnographic work in schools and indigenous communities in Chaco, Misiones, Neuquén and Salta; collaborative workshop with indigenous teachers; and design of the materials. The article highlights the value of ethnographic work as a basis for research and discussion between indigenous teachers and researchers.
