Ultrafast dynamics of the UV-induced electronic relaxation in DNA guanine–thymine dinucleotides: from the Franck–Condon states to the minima of the potential energy surfaces
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Broad band transient absorption spectroscopy with a time resolution of 30 fs and quantum chemistry calculations provide information about the minima reached during the excited state relaxation and the related dynamics in the 5′-dGpdT-3′ dinucleotide.
