Abstract: Melasma, a challenging pigmentary disorder affecting the face, often poses diagnostic difficulties due to its similarity to numerous other conditions. This study aimed to introduce and evaluate a novel dermoscopic feature, pigmented rings with central clearing (PRCC), in aiding the diagnosis of melasma and distinguishing it from similar conditions.
