Soothe the Inner Wounded Parentified Child

Abstract: This paper applies Satir’s family psychotherapy integrated with a humanistic orientation to evaluate and conduct case conceptualization for the client. Based on a full understanding of how the client is influenced by the parent-child interaction in the original family, psychological counseling is provided for a client suffering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder, and certain curative effects are achieved, laying the foundation for the client to further engage in counseling in the future.
