An Exploration of the Implicit Views on the Psychological Qualities of Outstanding Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: This research is concerned about the psychological qualities of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges. After testing the university students through a typical questionnaire, we find that there are eight factors hidden in the psychological qualities of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges, including cognitive capability, success-oriented quality, awareness of equality, etc. There are significant differences in the implicit views among university students of different categories.
