Abstract: Teachers Concern refers to the concern of teachers towards issues related to their profession and teaching. Teacher concern is closely related to teacher development. From concerning on teachers themselves to concerning on students is the first sublimation of teachers concern, which belongs to the sublimation of professional ethics and promotes teachers to regard the development of students as their professional mission. From concerning on students to concerning on the professional significance of teachers is the second sublimation of teachers concern, which belongs to the sublimation of bioethics. The second sublimation of Teachers concern can promote teachers to enjoy their teaching work on a spiritual level, thus enabling them to better complete their teaching work.
