Abstract: 著者らは，藍藻類Anabaena macrospora （syn. Dolichospermum hangangense）を大量培養し，休眠細胞を大量に生産・回収する方法を開発し，一定の休眠期間を経て休眠細胞を発芽させることに成功した。本研究では，この休眠細胞の発芽評価手法を用いて，休眠時の水温と酸素が休眠細胞の生残と発芽に与える影響を評価した。
