Abstract: This article analyzes the moral and philosophical views on the perfect person, the tasks that must be done to raise a perfect person, thesigns of a perfect person, and the importance of being a perfect person for society and the state, as presented in Yusuf Khos Hajib's work“Kutadgu Bilig”. The article also presents thoughts on the role of upbringing in growing up to be a perfect person, and the standards thatshould be provided in the family.
