Abstract: 3.0-6.0),9 patients were evaluated for response. The ORR was 88.9% (8/9; 95% confidence interval [CI] 51.8-99.7)with 7 pts achieving CR as their best response (CRR = 77.8%,95% CI: 40.0-97.2).Among 5 pts with MALT, the ORR and CRR were 80.0% (4/5; 95% CI: 28.4-99.5)and 60.0% (3/5; 95% CI: 14.7-94.7),respectively.All 4 pts with SMZL achieved complete response (CRR = 100%; 95% CI: 39.8-100.0; Figure 1 and Table 1).The frequencies among T cells of CD3 þ and CD8 þ T naïve cells were significantly increased (median, 37.6% vs. 24.8%;p = 0.023) in the post-treatment versus pre-treatment; changes in other tumor-infiltrating T cells across patients are shown in Figure 1.Treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) were observed in 6 pts (60%) and the most common were platelet count decreased (4/10; 40%) and infusion related reaction (4/10; 40%).Only 1 pts (10%) had grades 3 TEAEs and experienced platelet count decreased. No unexpected toxicities or fatal AEs were observed. Conclusions: Preliminary data demonstrate the promising antitumor activity and a favorable safety profile of the combination regimen as first-line therapy for MZL, warranting further investigation in a larger study.
