Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: One of the main tasks of statistics is to build socio-economic indicators to assess the state of phenomena and processes occurring in society. Banking monitoring of non-financial enterprises is based on the construction and analysis of business climate indicators. To date, in Russia as a whole, monitoring covers more than 14 thousand enterprises of both large and medium-sized and small enterprises in industry, agriculture, construction, transportation and storage, trade, and the service sector. According to the monitoring data, the Bank of Russia's business climate indicator is being built, which evaluates the current business operating conditions and their prospects. The article analyzes the dynamics of the average annual values of the indicator, during which a clear trend towards a decrease in the levels of business climate indicators for the period from 2002 to the present is revealed, the dependence of the business climate indicator on the type of economic activity is revealed, a strong dependence of the business climate indicator and the dynamics of the physical volume of GDP is found. A regression model of GDP dependence on the business climate indicator is constructed. The absence of a trend in the values of monthly indicators for the period from 2020 and the presence of a seasonal component were also revealed.
