Abstract: This article examines the concept of “psychological and pedagogical culture” and its integration into psychological science. The author focuses on developing this culture at the pre-professional stage within the framework of the work of psychological and pedagogical classes. As a key outcome, the research presents a model of the value-semantic component of the psychological and pedagogical personal culture. The proposed model makes it possible to comprehensively analyze and develop a program for the development of the value-semantic component, taking into account all its elements.
