Abstract: The study focuses on the professional education system of the Republic of Tajikistan, emphasizing the dual training model. The relevance of the research stems from the need to improve the quality of specialist training to meet labor market demands. The study is based on an analysis of the regulatory, organizational, and pedagogical aspects of integrating the dual model into the education system. The main findings demonstrate its positive impact on workforce preparation. The novelty lies in substantiating the significance of the dual model for the economy and systematizing approaches to its adaptation in Tajikistan.
