Abstract: HR = 2.12, 95% CI: 1.24-3.63;p = 0.006) and PFS (HR = 1.55, 95% CI: 0.97-2.48;p = 0.069).No insurance had worse OS (HR = 2.59, 95% CI: 1.26-5.31;p = 0.009) and PFS (HR = 1.85, 95% CI: 0.98-3.48;p = 0.059).Conclusions: Race and ethnicity alone did not influence outcome in NCTN setting. However, HD factors as no insurance or very high SDI score were associated with worse outcomes.Insurance coverage differed significantly between race and ethnicity (p < 0.001), with NHB and H more often with public or no insurance compared to NHW.SDI varied based on insurance (p < 0.001) with greater deprivation among those with public or no insurance.Differential outcomes may relate to insurance coverage and other economic measures of HD rather than race and ethnicity alone, reinforcing the importance of examining socioeconomic characteristics.
