Abstract: 本文选取2012年~2022年A股市场1895家上市制造业企业的年度平衡面板数据，实证检验了数字化转型对制造业企业绿色创新的影响。实证结果表明：1) 数字化转型水平的提升能够显著提高制造业企业绿色创新水平；2) 与非国有企业相比，国有企业数字化转型对绿色创新的推动能力更强；3) 融资约束程度在数字化转型推动企业绿色创新的过程中表现出明显的中介效应。本文的研究对制造业进行数字化转型和绿色创新具有重要现实意义。This article selects annual balanced panel data from 1895 listed manufacturing companies in the A-share market from 2012 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of digital transformation on green innovation in manufacturing enterprises. The empirical results indicate that: 1) The improvement of digital transformation level can significantly enhance the green innovation level of manufacturing enterprises; 2) Compared with non-state-owned enterprises, the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises has a stronger ability to promote green innovation; 3) The degree of financing constraints shows a significant mediating effect in the process of promoting green innovation in enterprises through digital transformation. The research in this article has important practical significance for the digital transformation and green innovation of the manufacturing industry.
