Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: In our country, the application of mobile phones has penetrated into every corner of life. Long-term use of mobile phones will have adverse effects on the body and mind. In view of the situation, the study took second-year university students majoring in physical education as the research subjects, mainly adopted quantitative research, and used SPSS26 as the analysis tool to explore the correlation between weekly mobile phone use hours and their perceived health, exercise attitudes and exercise behaviors. The results revealed that (1) the length of time spent using mobile phones per week was not significantly correlated with perceived health, exercise attitudes, or exercise behaviors, and the collinearity was low, showing no correlation. (2) The number of technical courses per week was not significantly correlated with perceived health, exercise attitudes, or exercise behaviors, but was moderately negatively correlated with perceived health, and the other two were weakly negatively correlated, indicating that the correlation was not significant. Based on the analysis of the above results, the study believes that due to the particularity of their major, students majoring in sports have obvious differences from those in other colleges in terms of classroom arrangements, classroom environment, training scenarios, lifestyles, etc. Therefore, the research results did not show significant correlation or relevance.
