Abstract: This study explores the intricate relationship between corporate culture and the efficiency of remote work environments. Leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, the research analyzes key variables including leadership support, communication practices, employee engagement, and cultural integration. Data from 72 respondents reveals that belongingness and engagement and communication and collaboration significantly contribute to perceived remote work efficiency. The findings highlight the critical role of supportive leadership and effective communication in sustaining productivity outside traditional office settings. Although cultural integration showed a weaker direct influence, its indirect impact remains relevant. This research underscores the need for intentional organizational strategies to preserve and nurture corporate culture in remote setups.
