Abstract: The paper considers a clinical case of treatment of infertility, course of pregnancy and delivery in a woman with a saddle-shaped uterus.With these malformations of the female genital organs, infertility and pregnancy complications are possible, such as the threat of termination of pregnancy, premature birth, abnormalities of the placenta, and labor disorders.
