Intellectualization and Management Improvement of Industrial System Functioning in Axiomatics of Information Entropy

Abstract: The digital transformation of the economy and trends in its intellectualization have required a symbiosis of natural science and social teachings to develop theoretical, methodological and applied equipment for adaptive management of an industrial system in a non-stationary environment of economic and technological disturbances. With the design of tools to ensure the effective and stable functioning of such systems in a turbulent space, it seems logical to turn to fundamental views on the patterns and models of the behavior of macrosystems in their interaction with their environment. Thanks to this, we implement the concept of the study — argumentation of the involvement of the entropy-information paradigm for the analysis of the processes of intellectualization and perfection of management (according to V.A. Trapeznikov) of the functioning of an industrial system evolving in the innovation space. The article, based on the axiomatics of information entropy, presents an analysis and interpretation of the dependence of the effect of this system on the amount of control information received by it, a formalized connection of the latter with the level of management improvement and the stability of the system and the level of knowledge inherent in it.
