Abstract: Some patients seek dental care only in response to pain or discomfort, neglecting regular checkups and the importance of long-term oral health. This case report presents the complex rehabilitation of a 47-year-old female patient who, due to personal, professional, and financial limitations, delayed dental care until symptoms of discomfort emerged. Clinical and radiological assessments revealed extensive prosthetic and structural issues, including old and incorrect restorations, as well as partial edentulism. A multidisciplinary treatment plan was implemented over 18 months, involving endodontic treatments and retreatments, periodontal therapy, dental extractions, implant placement, and full prosthodontic rehabilitation. This case highlights the importance of patient education, collaborative planning, and interdisciplinary coordination in achieving long-term functional and aesthetic outcomes in complex dental cases.
