Abstract: Ethical business is a concept that encompasses the moral and ethical standards that guide a company's actions in conducting its business. In contrast to legal responsibility, ethics refers to what is right and fair from a moral point of view, whether required by law or not. Ethical business not only contributes to the success of a company, but also creates trust among employees, customers, partners, and society as a whole. The relevance of ethics in business has increased significantly in the modern world. With globalization, the expansion of social media, and increased public attention, ethical practices are becoming a key factor in determining a company's reputation, long-term success, and ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Ethical business is becoming an integral part of the modern corporate strategy. Companies that recognize the importance of ethical practices can not only avoid reputational, financial, and legal risks, but also strengthen their positions in the market, creating their own competitive advantage.
