Abstract: The paper analyzes skidding equipment for the purpose of clarity and the possibility of quickly selecting specialized machines at enterprises of the forestry complex, and its clusterization, which is based on the separation of the studied machines by load moment, load capacity and maximum treble package, engine power. The conducted research will make it possible to increase the productivity of enterprises due to properly selected skidding machines for certain operating conditions.
