Abstract: The study of harmonious and environmentally friendly tourism development emphasizes that sustainable tourism ensures that development meets the needs of current society without harming natural resources and leaving sufficient resources for future generations. To use the action of the technological process (robot activity in the environment) in the field of tourism, it is not limited only to guest service, environmental care, transport services and others. Robotic activity can be used as a spectacle to attract tourists. The activity of several or a dozen autonomous robots with mutual assistance to each other would be an interesting sight that tourists would like to see. This study aims to develop and test a model that learns on the basis of organizational reflex, performs tourist curiosity analysis and coordinates tourist attraction centers. The study reveals the benefits of robots not only in environmental care but also in tourism development.
