Abstract: Doctoral innovation station is a kind of scientific and technological innovation platform that focuses on serving the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises, with young doctors and other high-level talents as its core. It focuses on the functional positioning of enterprise production process management, product iteration and upgrading, technical talents cultivation, scientific and technological projects application and other technological innovations and scientific and technological management, and promotes the common growth of doctoral and enterprises. It aims to solve the practical problems in production, technology, and management for enterprises through the technological research and development and innovation capabilities of doctoral teams, promote scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation, and drive the high-quality development of the local economy. This article takes Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province as an example to summarize the effectiveness of the construction of Huzhou doctoral innovation station, analyze the existing problems and shortcomings, and provide countermeasures research for promoting the construction of Huzhou doctoral innovation station.
