Abstract: This article is a continuation of a series of articles devoted to the consideration of the features of the sale of goods and the provision of services on marketplaces. The article examines the procedure for documentary registration and proposes an original approach to reflecting in the accounts of accounting the process of providing services on marketplaces both from the side of the service provider and from the side of the marketplace. The need to study these issues is justified by the lack of a single legislatively regulated methodology for accounting for the sale of goods and (or) the provision of services on marketplaces.
