Abstract: • Analysis of hydrogen projects in the EU shows we fall short of 2030 objectives. • Projected hydrogen demand of 5.376 Mt in Europe will primarily be onsite production. • Finland's future electrolyser capacity exceeds 10 % EU share in 2030 as expected. • Hydrogen pipeline plans across Europe do not align with projected demand by 2030.
