Abstract: 本研究聚焦病理学课程思政建设，针对传统模式中课程思政载体单一、教学模式僵化以及理论与实践脱节等问题，提出“四维联动、双线融合、校企共育”的创新改革模式。通过整合线上SPOC课程、线下翻转课堂、虚拟仿真实验项目和第二课堂社会实践，构建多维度、全过程的课程思政育人载体，打破传统思政教育的时空限制，实现思政教育从课堂到实践的延伸。实践证明，该模式显著提升了学生的综合素质和课程思政的育人效果，为医学教育改革提供了新的思路和方法。This study focuses on the ideological and political construction of the pathology curriculum, addressing issues in traditional models such as single educational carriers, rigid teaching modes, and disconnection between theory and practice. It proposes an innovative reform model termed the “Four-Dimensional Collaborative, Dual-Line Integration, and Industry-Academia Co-Cultivation” approach. By integrating online SPOC courses, offline flipped classrooms, virtual simulation experiment projects, and second-classroom social practices, this model establishes a multi-dimensional, full-process ideological education system. It breaks the spatiotemporal constraints of traditional political education and extends ideological cultivation from classrooms to practical applications. Practical evidence shows that this model significantly enhances students’ comprehensive competencies and educational effectiveness, offering new insights for medical education reform.
