Abstract: This study aims to clarify the concept of health development by highlighting its various aspects, and examining the contributions of Sharia in this regard by collecting, analyzing and interpreting the religious texts (from Quran, Sunnah and Fiqh) related to the preservation of life, while considering the hierarchy of interests (Masaleh).The objectives of Sharia are not limited to ritual acts of worship but extend to diverse vital aspects of people's lives, foremost among them physical health (prevention and treatment).
