Abstract: This thesis focuses on the in-depth study of the whole life cycle cost control of engineering, elaborates the key points of cost control in the key stages of project decision-making, design, bidding, construction and operation and maintenance, and puts forward the systematic management strategy by combining with a large amount of actual case data. The study aims to provide a comprehensive and practical theoretical basis for the engineering construction industry to improve the cost management level and realize cost optimization, and to promote the industry's economic efficiency and sustainable development ability.
