Stability and relaxometric characterization of a manganase( ii ) based macrocyclic complex containing malonate pendant

Abstract: The thermodynamic, kinetic, relaxation and structural features of [Mn(OPMMA)] chelate were investigated. The results show that the complex is thermodynamically stable with high relaxivity, however its inertness is low for the in vivo applications.
