La literatura como juego: poética de autor y autorrepresentación autorial de Carlos Pujol como «scriptor ludens»
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The purpose of this article is, on the one hand, to reconstruct and systematise the poetics of literature as play according to the writer, critic and translator Carlos Pujol (Barcelona, 1936-2012), and, on the other, to identify in his fiction and nonfiction texts his authorial ethos as a scriptor ludens, his self-representation as a writer-enunciator who plays and invites to play. To this end, the explicit poetics of his aphorisms, memoirs, lectures, letters and interviews are analysed, as well as examples of his narrative and poetic work, in which he plays a metaliterary game with tradition, with authorship and with the reader.
