Abstract: The era of digital intelligence, driven by artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, has arrived, completely revolutionizing human life and industrial patterns. The future will have unlimited possibilities. In the conditions of a knowledge economy, intellectual creative achievements have become the foundation and key of competition. There is a close connection between the knowledge economy and the system of intellectual property rights. The system of intellectual property rights is an important institution supporting the development of the knowledge economy. This article analyzes the current status of patent registration in Macau Special Administrative Region and makes predictions about future development trends.
