The initial symptom of the patient was upper abdominal pain, the condition deteriorated rapidly, and finally died after ineffective rescue. Through systematic forensic examination, including autopsy, anatomy and histopathological analysis, the cause of death was determined as hemorrhagic shock caused by rupture of aortic dissection. It is very important to comprehensively analyze the clinical data, family history and possible genetic factors in the evaluation process. This case analysis provides some reference and guidance for dealing with similar sudden death events in forensic practice.
