Abstract: The article is devoted to the development of a construction to ensure the stability of underground pipelines for laying on permafrost soils, where the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation may be insufficient to ensure the operational reliability of the pipeline due to the impact of dangerous natural processes of permafrost soils on the structure, leading to accidents. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the necessity to create effective technical solutions to ensure underground pipelines stability in the conditions of active development of fields in the Nadym-Pur-Taz Region. The existing technical solutions for underground pipeline anchoring in permafrost conditions have been analyzed, their disadvantages have been revealed, and development prospects have been determined. A new technical solution and construction tor ensure the stability of the underground pipeline when laying on permafrost soils have been developed. Analytical calculation of the construction for stability in case of subsidence and surfacing of the pipeline have been carried out, dependences of the bearing capacity of the structure on geometrical parameters of its elements have been determined. It was found out that the greatest influence on the bearing capacity of the whole structure is exerted by the length parameter of the anchoring device - metal pile-shell, also the significant influence of the concrete layer on the overall bearing capacity of the structure was determined, which can reduce the metal intensity and increase the economic efficiency of the construction. Computer modeling using ANSYS software has been performed and the stress-strain state of the support elements and the underground pipeline has been investigated. As a result of the study it was obtained that the value of the maximum equivalent stresses arising in the constructure depends on the parameter of the wall thickness of the metal pile-shell.
