Abstract: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a significant global health concern, ranking as the third most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. It primarily affects the large intestine and rectum, with an estimated 930,000 deaths attributed to CRC in 2020, accounting for 10% of all cancer fatalities worldwide(Fadlallah et al., 2024) (Roshandel et al., 2024). The disease often develops from precancerous lesions, making early detection through screening vital for effective management("Colorectal cancer", 2023).
