Abstract: The expanding significance of e-recruitment— which employs digital platforms to expedite employment processes—is examined in this study. Businesses are increasingly using online techniques to reach a larger talent pool while saving money and time thanks to developments in internet technology. The study examines the advantages, difficulties, and general efficacy of e-recruitment from the perspectives of companies and job seekers. Candidates and HR experts from a range of industries participated in surveys and interviews. Hiring results, technology infrastructure, and ease of use are important determinants of e-recruitment uptake. According to the study, e-recruitment increases efficiency and reach, but problems with digital access and screening accuracy still exist. Some applicants have trouble using online platforms, and employers find it challenging to review high application numbers. In order to increase organizational performance and candidate quality, the study ends by providing solutions to improve erecruitment.
