Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: This study explores the impact of work-life balance on the mental health of employees at Zion IoT, a corporate organization in the technology industry. As work expectations increase, keeping equilibrium between professional responsibilities and personal life has become a significant challenge. The goal of the study is to comprehend how a lack of work-life balance affects stress levels, mental health, and general worker productivity. Employees were given standardized questionnaires as part of a quantitative research approach. To find important patterns and relationships, statistical techniques were used to analyze the data. According to the findings, workers who have a poor work-life balance are more likely to experience stress, have worse mental health, and be less satisfied with their jobs. The results support the relationship between professional pressure and psychological well-being and are consistent with previous research. This report emphasizes how important it is for businesses to have flexible work schedules, employee-friendly practices, and wellness initiatives that put mental health first. Establishing such a nurturing workplace is critical to the success of the company as well as the well-being of its employees.
