Abstract: Employee satisfaction plays a pivotal role in driving organisational success by fostering a motivated, committed, and productive workforce. Satisfied employees are more likely to exhibit higher levels of engagement, reduced turnover intentions, and enhanced performance, all of which contribute to improved overall organisational outcomes. This paper explores the multifaceted relationship between employee satisfaction and key success indicators such as customer satisfaction, innovation, profitability, and organizational reputation. Through a review of existing literature and empirical findings, it highlights how factors such as effective leadership, fair compensation, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth directly influence employee contentment. The study concludes that organizations prioritizing employee well-being not only enhance internal culture but also secure a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
