Abstract: 随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，兰州市特色农产品电商化成为推动农业经济转型的重要途径。兰州百合作为兰州市的特色农产品，具有较高的营养价值和市场潜力。本文通过分析兰州百合产业与电商的发展现状，指出其发展面临的困境；品牌建设不足、物流配送存在问题、市场竞争激烈、人才短缺。并针对上述问题提出了相应的对策建议：加强品牌建设、完善物流配送体系、提升市场竞争力、加强人才培养与引进。With the rapid development of e-commerce, the e-commerce of characteristic agricultural products in Lanzhou City has become an important pathway for promoting agricultural economic transformation. As a distinctive agricultural product of Lanzhou City, lily has high nutritional value and significant market potential. This paper analyzes the current state of the Lanzhou lily industry and e-commerce development, identifying key challenges faced by its development, such as insufficient brand building, logistical distribution issues, intense market competition, and talent shortages. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed to address these problems, including strengthening brand development, improving the logistics and distribution system, enhancing market competitiveness, and fostering talent cultivation and recruitment.
