Abstract: In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of various communication methods such as cable communication, electromagnetic wave communication, underwater optical communication, quantum communication, and underwater acoustic communication are analyzed. In order to solve the problem that efficient communication cannot be realized due to the low bandwidth and high delay of underwater communication during simulation and countermeasure training of underwater platforms, a low-delay transmission underwater communication design scheme is designed by comprehensively utilizing various communication means such as cable communication, underwater acoustic communication and wireless communication, and it is proved in practice that the scheme greatly reduces the delay time of pure underwater acoustic communication. It provides a powerful communication support for the underwater platform to conduct simulated confrontation training.
